International Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked

International Dispatch Days
- Orders shipped twice weekly: Monday & Friday
- Orders must be placed by midnight the day before dispatch:
- Sunday → Monday
- Thursday → Friday
- Orders after the cut-off ship on the next scheduled day
International Delivery & Customs
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
- Fully tracked service
- Customs: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – any local duties are the buyer’s responsibility
- Maximum weight: 2kg per order
International Shipping Prices
Based on two weight tiers: Up to 1kg and Up to 2kg.
Product Weights – Packaging Included
- 14-Day Supply: 250g
- 30-Day Supply: 530g
Includes packaging and scoops to help you calculate shipping bands accurately.
How to Make Your Shipping Work Harder
Shipping is calculated by weight, so combining products is a great way to get more value, especially for international orders.
Example Combinations
Up to 1kg (International – Lower Tier)- 4 × 14-Day supplies (4 × 250g = 1kg)
- 1 × 30-Day + 1 × 14-Day supply (approx. 780g)
- 1 × 30-Day + accessories under 1kg
- 3 × 30-Day supplies (approx. 1.59kg)
- 2 × 30-Day + 2 × 14-Day supplies (approx. 1.56kg)
- A mix of products while staying under 2kg
