1. Understanding Delivery Times

All delivery times on our website are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed. Please allow for order processing time before dispatch — see Section 2 below.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Combining products into one order often saves money and reduces packaging waste.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.

• Orders placed by midnight will be dispatched the next working day
• Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
• During busy periods, processing may occasionally take slightly longer than usual. We will always notify you by email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Naya Self Care Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

3. UK Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked

We deliver across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked, bringing your Kawa safely to your door.

Where we deliver:

• England, Scotland and Wales
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Scottish Islands

No hidden regional surcharges apply to any UK destination.

UK delivery options and prices:

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Naya Self Care Ltd is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or factors outside our control. UK Royal Mail Tracked deliveries include standard Royal Mail service features such as automated redelivery attempts and tracking updates, subject to Royal Mail's own terms and conditions.

4. International Shipping — Royal Mail Tracked

We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked, bringing your Kawa safely worldwide.

International dispatch days:

• International orders are dispatched twice weekly — Monday and Friday only
• To be included in Monday dispatch, your order must be placed by midnight on Sunday
• To be included in Friday dispatch, your order must be placed by midnight on Thursday
• Orders placed after the cut-off will be held for the next scheduled international dispatch day

International delivery information:

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch (this is an estimate only and may vary by destination)
• Fully tracked service
• Maximum order weight: 2kg per order

Customs and import duties:

International orders are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that any local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority are your responsibility as the buyer. Naya Self Care Ltd has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what these may be. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. This is outside our control. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on what happens if your international order is delayed or does not arrive.

International shipping prices:

International shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Please add your items to your basket to see the applicable shipping cost before completing your order.

6. How to Make Your Shipping Work Harder

Shipping is calculated by weight, so combining products into one order is a great way to get more value — particularly for international orders where shipping is charged in weight tiers.

Example combinations for international orders:

Up to 1kg (lower international shipping tier):

• 4 x 14-Day supplies (4 x 250g = 1kg)
• 1 x 30-Day supply + 1 x 14-Day supply (approximately 780g)

Up to 2kg (upper international shipping tier):

• 3 x 30-Day supplies (approximately 1.59kg)
• 2 x 30-Day supplies + 2 x 14-Day supplies (approximately 1.56kg)
• Any combination of products staying under 2kg
