Subscriptions
Naya Self Care Ltd offers a subscription option for our Kawa 30-day wellness tea. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on your selected billing frequency.
How your subscription works:
- Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery on your chosen billing date
- You will receive an email notification before each payment is taken
- Your subscription will continue on a rolling basis until you choose to cancel
- There is no minimum subscription period — you are free to cancel at any time
How to cancel your subscription:
- Through your Shopify account — log in to your account at www.nayaselfcare.com, go to your order history, and manage your subscription from there. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you automatically once your cancellation has been processed.
- By email — contact us at info@nayaselfcare.com with your order number and request to cancel. We will process your cancellation and confirm by email.
Important — notice period
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, we ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. This allows us enough time to process your cancellation before your order is prepared and dispatched.
If your cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before your next billing date and your order has already been processed, that order will be fulfilled and delivered to you. However, no further charges will be taken after that point and your subscription will be cancelled with immediate effect following that delivery.
Refunds on subscription orders:
If you wish to return a subscription order, our standard Returns and Refunds Policy applies, including the Kawa 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for eligible first orders. Please refer to that policy for full details.
